Management / Access: Government Owned for General Public Use
This boat ramp is located at the South Rim Canal of Lake Okeechobee. (It's also across the street from the South Bay RV Park.)
Access to this boat ramp requires vehicles to drive up and over the Herbert Hoover Dike, then down a steep and narrow, primitive gravel path. Not all vehicles are equipped for this journey; and the ramp is appropriate for smaller boats.
